❓ How long will my order take to arrive?

Made-to-order tees, hoodies, and hats typically arrive within 5–9 business days. Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Dancewear items typically ship within 24 hours.

Orders placed during major holidays or peak production periods may take longer. We currently ship within the U.S. only.

❓ Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. Unworn tees, hoodies, and accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

All dancewear and exotic items are FINAL SALE for hygiene reasons.

❓ How do I start a return?

Email info@tattybratty.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your item qualifies, we’ll send you return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

❓ Can I cancel or change my order?

Email us as soon as possible at info@tattybratty.com. Because many items are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production or shipping has started.

❓ Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship within the U.S. only.
