❓ When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. You’ll get tracking info as soon as it’s headed your way. We currently ship within the U.S. only.

❓ How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping is 5–7 business days after processing. If you're not seeing updates, check your tracking email or DM us.

❓ Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes — for tees, hoodies, and accessories within 30 days of delivery, as long as it’s unworn.

❓ How do I start a return?

Email us at info@tattybratty.com with your order number and reason. We’ll guide you from there.

❓ Can I cancel or change my order?

We process orders fast — if you need to make a change, email us ASAP. If the order has already shipped, we can’t cancel it but can assist with a return if eligible.
